Andy Beveridge graduated from the VSF in 1959. His first posting was to Mildura before being transferred to Myrtleford. He was at Forrest in 1964 and then Beech Forest in 1966. He was in Marysville before becoming the DFO at Heyfield in 1979. After CFL formed he became the Fire Protection Officer for Alexandra Region.
